Nochumson P.C. Announces Strategic Affiliation with Sherry Olin Lemonick

Nochumson P.C. is pleased to announce the formation of a strategic affiliation between the firm and Sherry Olin Lemonick of Sherry Lemonick LLC. In an effort to expand our respective practice areas, Sherry will serve as Senior Counsel for Nochumson P.C. clients and handle corporate matters such as financing, debt restructuring, fundraising, and business formation. At the same time, Nochumson P.C. will provide support for Sherry Lemonick LLC clientele as it relates to zoning and litigation matters.

By partnering with Sherry, we heighten the level of insight we can provide and strengthen our ability to support our clients through this time.” The firm will publicly introduce Sherry in an installment of their ongoing virtual Covid-19 Q&A sessions on May 6th where she will discuss how businesses can navigate through the economic crisis.

Sherry’s career highlights include representing the United States Treasury in connection with the Small Business Lending Fund, closing 23 transactions during the TARP era. As an influential and inspiring speaker, Sherry has spoken, moderated and conducted classes, workshops, and panels for over 10 years. Her teaching and speaking portfolio include engagements at Villanova Law School, Drexel University School of Law, Wharton School of Business, BarBri, Early Stage East, and the BioLife Conference.

Prior to joining Nochumson P.C., Sherry served as the Director of Legal Services for Clinical Care Associates of the University of Pennsylvania Health System (CCA). She also spent time at several large Philadelphia-based firms such as Pepper Hamilton LLP, Black Rome LLP and Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP. Today, in addition to managing her own practice, she serves on the board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and is an adjunct professor at Villanova University’s School of Law.

Sherry holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Boston College, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Villanova University School of Law.
