Jared Klein

About

With over 20 years of experience, Jared, who is Of Counsel to the firm, focuses his practice on land use and zoning, general real estate, and commercial litigation matters.

Jared is known for fostering long-term relationships with his clients and coming up with creative solutions to their problems in connection with land use and zoning matters. He is as comfortable working one-on-one with clients as he is in front of the local zoning board or in front of the community and he strives to create win-win situations for both his clients and the communities his clients work with. Jared prides himself on striking the perfect balance between advocating for the needs of his clients and fostering long lasting, positive relationships with local community groups.

While living in Philadelphia, Jared was the chair of the zoning committee and president of the Passyunk Square Civic Association. He now lives in South Jersey and is on the board of the Cherry Hill Atlantic Little League, where he coaches two teams, one of which is his son’s.

Jared received his J.D. from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and his B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University.

Recognition

Jared has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star for the years 2013-2018.

Jared is a Judge Pro Tem for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Tax Appeal program.
