In a seminar sponsored by the Diversified Real Estate Investor Group (DIG), Alan Nochumson outlined the zoning approval process in Philadelphia.

During the seminar, Nochumson set forth the elements in the Philadelphia Zoning Code which regulate real estate development in Philadelphia and the procedures for obtaining governmental approval if the property owner should require use and dimensional variances in connection with real estate development.
