“We are delighted to have Clementa as part of our team,” Nochumson P.C.’s founder, Alan Nochumson shared. “We are impressed by her experience as a law clerk, her pro bono work, her education, and her ability to speak multiple languages, all of which will further our mission of serving our broad cross-section of clients by handling Real Matters for them.”
Prior to joining Nochumson P.C., Clementa was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lisette Shirdan-Harris, the Supervising Judge of the Civil Trial Division of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Her experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the inner workings of our judicial system in Philadelphia and beyond.
“Clementa will be an exceptional fit for our team, as she will allow us to even further strengthen Real relationships with members of our communities,” says Natalie Klyashtorny, Of Counsel to Nochumson P.C.
Clementa regularly volunteers her time and energy on a pro bono basis to the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, where she provides legal advice to artists and arts and cultural institutions for entity creation, reviews contracts to protect intellectual property, and files patent applications. She is also a leader within the legal community. This past year, for instance, she served as a co-chair of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Breakfast which was sponsored by the Barristers’ Association of Philadelphia.
Clementa, admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Villanova University and a J.D. degree from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.
In addition to her legal experience and community involvement, Clementa proudly makes the best chocolate chip cookies, pound cake, and cinnamon rolls you will ever have.
