Natalie Klyashtorny served as a faculty speaker at a continuing legal education seminar sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute called “Quiet Title: A Puzzle Worth Solving.”

During the half-day seminar, Klyashtorny and other faculty members from the bench and bar discussed the process by which one can clear the cloud sometimes encumbering title on real estate, as well as issues involving adverse possession, lease purchases, and mortgage satisfaction.
