“We are very excited to be adding someone of Alex’s caliber to the team,” said Alan Nochumson, founder of Nochumson P.C. “Alex’s knowledge and litigation background will nicely complement our services.”
Alex focuses his practice on many aspects of commercial litigation and real estate, as well as legal issues primarily affecting small- to medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs in the Philadelphia region. He has comprehensive experience drafting legal documents, assisting with the discovery process, and performing legal research. Prior to joining the firm, Alex served as a clerk, managing a high-volume portfolio of pre-suit and active litigation cases. He was also responsible for investigating and responding to pleadings, reviewing discovery documents, and assisting attorneys in various areas of law.
“We are happy to have Alex join our growing team,” said Natalie Klyashtorny, Nochumson P.C.’s shareholder. “He brings a diverse set of skills and experience that will help us further serve our clientele.”
Alex began his career as a paralegal, acquiring extensive experience on FCPA and Anti-Kickback Statute matters while working with top multinational pharmaceutical companies. He assisted with all stages of the expert witness development process in pharmaceutical products liability defense litigation and managed individual cases in antidepressant birth defects litigation. He interned at Temple University Beasley School of Law and gained experience in the business formation area, including but not limited to potential risk exposure, business entities, contracts, employment agreements, user agreements, and website terms and conditions.
Alex holds a B.A. degree in Honors Arts & Letters, Spanish, Political Science from Texas Tech University, an M.A. degree in International Relations and African Studies from Boston University, and a J.D. degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
When Alex is not practicing law, you can find him reading through his book collection, professing his love for CrossFit, spending time with his family at the shore, enjoying his favorite Philly restaurant—Kanella, or checking out the food scene in Collingswood where he currently resides.
