Alan Nochumson  served as a faculty speaker in a Continuing Legal Education seminar sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute entitled “Quiet Title: A Puzzle Worth Solving — A Guide to Quiet Title Actions in the Philadelphia Area”.

During the half-day seminar, Nochumson, along with other faculty speakers, explained how to maneuver oneself through the Philadelphia court system in order to clear the cloud sometimes encumbering title on real estate.
