ABOUT

Dylan Beltrami

Dylan is an associate attorney at Nochumson P.C., where he focuses on real estate and business litigation as well as land use and zoning matters. Whether handling contract disputes, boundary issues, or zoning challenges, Dylan is known for his clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and calm presence in high-stakes situations.

Before becoming a lawyer, Dylan worked as an Italian translator for ESPN at the Little League World Series—just one example of his love for language and connection. Fluent in Italian, he enjoys finding ways to connect through culture and communication. In his free time, Dylan is a devoted Philly sports fan, a regular at Reading Terminal Market, and can often be found on the golf course or basketball court.
