For the third consecutive year, Alan Nochumson taught a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program entitled Litigating Landlord-Tenant Disputes In Philadelphia County which took place at Jenkins Law Library in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

During the program, Nochumson discussed the “nuts and bolts” of litigating a landlord-tenant dispute in Philadelphia County.

After the program concluded, the attorneys who attended the program completed a questionnaire about the program and commented that Nochumson provided “[a] lot of info in a short amount of time!”, gave “[a] good overview of landlord/tenant litigation in Phila County”, was “[a] very knowledgeable speaker”, and they appreciated his “practical knowledge & experience”.
