About
Natalie is the head of the firm’s Litigation Group. In addition to maintaining her robust legal practice, she has played a significant leadership role in the Philadelphia legal community and has extensive experience as an attorney in the region. Her clients find it reassuring to know that when she walks into a courtroom she most likely has already appeared before the presiding judge, knows opposing counsel, and understands how to work with them both.
Natalie focuses her practice on real estate and business counseling and litigation, as well as advising clients on their workforce and human resources issues. She regularly counsels and represents individuals and small and medium-sized businesses in commercial transactions, real estate disputes, business disputes, and employment and workforce issues.
Natalie was born in Ukraine and emigrated to the United States when she was seven years old. She is fluent in both Russian and English. When Natalie is not practicing law, she enjoys relaxing at the beach (locally or in more exotic destinations), traveling, and keeping her pulse on what is new in Philadelphia’s ever changing restaurant and cultural scene.
