James L. Pearl is Of Counsel at Nochumson P.C. and principal attorney of The Law Offices of James L. Pearl. With more than 25 years of legal experience, Jim represents business owners, developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and entrepreneurs in commercial litigation, real estate matters, and business transactions.
Outside the office, Jim enjoys spending time outdoors with his Goldendoodle and can often be found on the water pursuing his passion for fishing.
Jim is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Education
Jim received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Widener University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Departmental Honors from the University of Vermont.
