About
Arielle comes to Nochumson P.C. with experience as a civil litigation attorney and over 15 years of experience working in the real estate industry in the Philadelphia region. As a former real estate agent and property manager working primarily with real estate developers, investors, and landlords, Arielle understands the importance of a bottom line and works strategically to deliver the best results for her clients. Arielle also has experience as a real estate investor herself, giving her a unique firsthand perspective of the intricacies and maneuvering required to be successful as a real estate investor.
While attending law school as an evening student at Temple University Beasley School of Law and working in real estate during the day, Arielle also interned with the Code and Public Nuisance Litigation Unit of the Philadelphia Law Department and with Allan Domb, City Councilman-at-Large. During these internships, she further familiarized herself with zoning and building codes as well as local governance within the City of Philadelphia.
In her free time, Arielle enjoys hiking through the Wissahickon with her dog, Blake, a Pekingese, going to the beach as often as possible, working on her beloved garden, and hosting gatherings for friends and family.
